What is the difference between Patreon tiers ($5–$30/mo) and Enterprise Custom Pricing?
Our monthly Patreon memberships ($5 Essential, $15 Premium, and $30 Platinum) are strictly designed for personal or individual self-serve usage. Enterprise Custom Pricing ($1,000 CAD Day 1, $250 CAD each additional day, and $200 CAD/day per additional room) is built for organizations, conferences, school boards, universities, and municipalities that require dedicated technical onboarding, custom AI vocabulary configuration, multi-room event coordination, live support, and official Purchase Order (PO) or invoice billing.
How does per-day room pricing work if our conference has 1 keynote room on Day 1, 4 breakout rooms on Day 2, and 1 plenary room on Day 3?
Every event day includes 1 primary room in the base day rate ($1,000 CAD for Day 1; $250 CAD for each additional day). You only pay the $200 CAD additional room fee on the specific days those extra rooms are active. In that 3-day example: Day 1 (1 room) = $1,000 CAD; Day 2 (4 rooms = $250 base + 3 extra rooms × $200) = $850 CAD; Day 3 (1 room) = $250 CAD, for a transparent 3-day total of $2,100 CAD.
Is there any limit or extra charge for the number of attendees who scan our room QR codes?
Never. Whether 30 people or 3,000 attendees scan a room's QR code to read live captions and translations on their own smartphones, tablets, or laptops, audience viewing is 100% unlimited at no extra cost.
Can we receive an official quote and pay via Purchase Order (PO), wire transfer, or corporate invoice in CAD or USD?
Yes. Our base enterprise pricing is in Canadian Dollars (CAD), and you can toggle between CAD and USD directly in the calculator above. Submit the pre-filled form below and our team will issue a formal PDF quote for your procurement department, accepting Purchase Orders (POs), EFT/ACH bank transfers, or corporate credit cards.
